As I new resident, I feel welcomed and I appreciated that the property manager, Karen, clearly stated she would live at this complex and was baffled that no one ever asks the question “would you live here?”. Maintenance has been excellent & diligent with the few minor move-in repairs. I am looking forward to my time here😎.

I live in building D and they just put up netting to keep out the pigeons, and its working! there have been no pigeons since its been up; also because the net is thin you barely even notice its there. Thanks to the apartment manager Karen!

My first couple month in this complex were a little difficult, the maintenance man was horrible and didn’t do his job. But since the new manager arrived things have been gradually getting better and the old maintenance man has been replaced with guys who actually do their job. I’m satisfied with the effort and quickness that they have been displaying lately and jack in the front office makes sure he reaches out to either schedule maintenance or check to make sure the job was done correctly. Thanks

I highly recommend these apartments. The staff is very professional and kind and helped make the move-in process stress-free. My boyfriend and I entered into the raffle the apartment complex was hosting upon move in and we won a 50” TV. Jack the leasing agent was an absolute sweetheart and helped me carry it back to my house.

they were struggling to keep up with the maintenance and I would've given them a lower rating if it wasn't for the new maintenance guy they hired "Eric" that has been going above and beyond to keep the property clean and helping the residents with all their maintenance needs. I would recommend this place solely for the fact that I have never meet a harder working maintenance guy that will always make sure the property is well kept and that all the residents needs are met.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful I scheduled a tour and they were able to get me in right away and during my tour provided me with all the information I needed without having to ask. Upon my arrival they gave me a cost sheet and explained all fees due. I definitely suggest renting at Aria.

I love living here! It is a wonderful atmosphere and it is so quiet at night. The apartments are nice and spacious. Ashley is an amazing apartment manager. She is always so quick to respond and take care of any issues I am having. She is VERY kind and professional. Our maintenance guy is really good too. Every time he has come to fix something, I could tell that he cared about getting the job done right. I haven’t always had maintenance guys like that in other apartments I have lived in. So far, this is the best apartment I have ever lived in!

Only complaints are during the summer our AC went out 3-4 times and that they have the grass mowers come when everyone is sleeping??? Why? I don't know. Wish they scheduled them for 11-12 because 7-8 is still too early. The new maintenance is lazy and hasn't left us any notes about what the update is on a new air filter, or our outlet being out, etc. The dog stations hadn't been taken care of in 1.5 months and the trash was overflowing and they were out of dog bags and I had to ask them to replace them and the maintenance guy lied straight to my face about keeping up with it every 2 weeks. The old maintenance with Chris was so much better. He actually cared about the residents.

This last year the new owner raised everybody's rent by $100. 00 so I'm going to be moving to a house because we have a toddler who needs lots of room to run around in. The grounds have always been kept and the apartments are being updated as I speak nice and quiet 99.9 of the time
